Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for calculating machined surface properties in which the machined surface properties can be simulated.SOLUTION: A device includes: a tool center displacement amount calculation section 42 for calculating a displacement amount of a rotational center C of a rotating tool 5 based on the cutting resistance of the rotating tool 5 when the cutting resistance of the rotating tool 5 is changed by intermittent cutting; a relative cutting edge position calculation section 14 for calculating the relative cutting edge positions of blades 5a and 5b relative to the rotational center C of the rotating tool 5; an absolute cutting edge position calculating section 15 for calculating the absolute cutting edge positions of the blades 5a and 5b relative to a workpiece W based on the displacement amount of the rotational center C of the rotating tool 5 and the relative cutting edge positions; post-machining shape calculation section 24 for calculating the post-machining shape of the workpiece W by transferring the absolute cutting edge positions to the workpiece W; and a machined surface property calculation section 62 for calculating the machined surface properties ΔY2 in the post-machining shape based on the post-machining shape of the workpiece W calculated.
【課題】加工面性状をシミュレーションすることができる加工面性状算出装置を提供する。 【解決手段】断続的な切削加工に伴って回転工具5に生じる切削抵抗が変動する場合に、回転工具5の切削抵抗に基づいて回転工具5の回転中心Cの変位量を算出する工具中心変位量算出部42と、回転工具5の回転中心Cに対する刃部5a,5bの相対刃先位置を算出する相対刃先位置算出部14と、回転工具5の回転中心Cの変位量と相対刃先位置とに基づいて被加工物Wに対する刃部5a,5bの絶対刃先位置を算出する絶対刃先位置算出部15と、絶対刃先位置を被加工物Wに転写させることにより被加工物Wの加工後形状を算出する加工後形状算出部24と、算出された被加工物Wの加工後形状に基づいて、当該加工後形状おける加工面性状ΔY2を算出する加工面性状算出部62とを備える。 【選択図】図7
